I am a Jungian Analyst.
I have been trained to the highest regulatory standards in the U.K. and have skills and experience to offer once, twice or three times weekly indepth Analysis/Psychotherapy, either short or long term.
The aJungian analytic view is that the psyche seeks to heal itself.
Repeated patterns of behaviour, dreams and nightmares and even physical illness may all contain messages from our unconscious attempting to prompt us to listen to our inner self.
Often there will be a complex interplay between events in our formative years and events in our current lives. The work involves making conscious deeply ingrained and destructive life patterns. Deepening your understanding of yourself and encouraging more full and meaningful relationships with others.
I have been trained to ‘see between the lines’ of a problem, to help discover the unique undercurrents in an individuals psyche.
Psychotherapy can help heal wounds and foster new growth, build self awareness and strengthen inner resources.

Session Details:
Adult Individual consultations last 50 minutes once, twice or three times weekly. Either short or long term.
My fee is £65 per session, though individual circumstances will be taken into account.
